New Car Anxiety I was very nervous about purchasing a new car, its very overwhelming. I went on the web site saw a few cars I was interested in. When I went to Chevy I was very nervous about purchasing a new car, its very overwhelming. I went on the web site saw a few cars I was interested in. When I went to Chevy Brian Martin whom I spoke with before going into Chevy was so helpful. He set it up so when I went in Mo took great care of me. He was very helpful nd exceptionally informative. Financing went smoothly and I was please with Ahmad. I cant say enough of how nice everyone was. Mo even called the house the next day to make sure I loved my car. Overall Great Experience. More

Very smooth experience Did our research online and found a couple of cars we were interested in. Test drove both and discussed pricing & trade-in pricing. I found the different online prices and the lot prices to be a little confusing. We were happy with the amount offered for our trade-in and came back the next day with a deposit. They put a little pressure on to leave a deposit the same day but were not overly pushy which we liked. Brian was great at communicating with us through the process and Jimmy & Ahmad were helpful with closing the deal. I would recommend this dealership and will probably return to upgrade my car in a few years. More

I cannot say enough good things about my car buying experience at Imperial Chevrolet. Ahmad Al-Jallad was the first person I was in contact with and he made it so effortless. From the moment I called h experience at Imperial Chevrolet. Ahmad Al-Jallad was the first person I was in contact with and he made it so effortless. From the moment I called him on a Thursday, to when we met on Saturday, he was responsive and helpful. When we did finally meet, he took all my financial information and did the leg work of finding the right car for my needs. I didn't meet a salesman until he had the car picked out. That salesman was Nicholas Massucco and he was great. He spoke to us, not like a salesman, but like we were friends. When it came time to get the paperwork finished up, they took us over to the Ford dealership, because Ahmad was busy and they didn't want us waiting. We were introduced to William Granata, who was just as helpful and friendly as the other two. All the time we sat with William, Nicholas waited for us to escort us back to the Chevrolet section. It was just an amazing experience with exceptional customer service, from the moment we got out of the truck (we were greeted and taken right to where we needed to be) to when I drove away in the Impala. My father and I will be recommending Imperial and if we need another car, we will be going back. The team there does an exceptional job at making you feel right at home and comfortable. Thank you to Ahmad, Nicholas and William for taking pride in your work and taking such good care of me. It gets better, after I completed the customer feedback survey, I got a thank-you call and an e-mail from Ray Sousa the program director for taking the time to share my experience. In todays world, it so refreshing to do business with people who genuinely care about your experience with their company. More

I have periodically received emails from Mark Rossi about specials being offered at Imperial Cars. One day I replied to his email about trading in my 2012 GMC Sierra, which had an upside-down loan on it. Mar specials being offered at Imperial Cars. One day I replied to his email about trading in my 2012 GMC Sierra, which had an upside-down loan on it. Mark had found a car he thought I would like, so I drove the hour and a half to check it out. I was pleasantly greeted by Nick Massucco at the Chevy store. He’s an absolutely awesome salesman. He set me at ease and assured me I was in good hands. He’s a down-to-earth and funny person as well and someone I would recommend to every one of my friends. Business manager Ahmad Al-Jallad was also great. This gentleman worked an amazing deal for me, and I will be forever in his debt. I actually wanted to hug the big guy when the deal was done! Nick and Ahmad are very important parts of Imperial Chevrolet. So is Bruce D’Ambra, one of the sales managers. Terrific, terrific guy—if it weren’t for him, I wouldn’t be in my new used car. But, I could Timing is everything. I had an appt. for 12:00 to see a beautiful car I'd been looking at online at Imperial's website for three days. But, I couldn't wait until noon - I really wanted to see this car, and knew because of the price (it was part of their red tag sale) that it would go fast. Sure enough, there it was...ready for a test drive, but for someone else...my heart dropped. It was then Steve Miller came over and introduced himself. He saw me looking at the car, and saw my excitement. I told him this was the car I wanted - but was I too late, as someone else was taking it out? No, it's not too late...you're more than welcome to take it out for a ride, he said...and we did. And I bought it!!! A BIG thank you to Steve for stepping in just at the right time, and for his help! - and thank you also to Ahmad for helping to make it affordable for me. I am SO happy - and am still in shock that it's mine!! This is the second car I've purchased at Imperial, and look forward to purchasing future vehicles here.
