The ice broke the wiper blades and the dealership replaced them very quickly and they checked and topped off the fluids. Very easy experience and very fair pricing. I made an appointment with the service manager for repairs and they were not completed. I spoke to the General Manager and he never followed up. The worse service I have ever experienced. I am not repairs and they were not completed. I spoke to the General Manager and he never followed up. The worse service I have ever experienced. I am not sure why my service was so poor after purchasing my vehicle from there, but clearly after driving 55 miles to get there and back, no one cared. When I spoke to the General Manager he advised he understood what happened and would fix it. He never did. More
