Best Experience for first time buyer I was shopping for a used car and found one I liked online. I stopped in and Adel was extremely helpful. Test drove it. Loved it but it was gone befor I was shopping for a used car and found one I liked online. I stopped in and Adel was extremely helpful. Test drove it. Loved it but it was gone before I had the chance to go back and buy it. Adel didn’t forget about me and kept me in mind whenever a new similar vehicle came in. As luck should have it, a new trade in came in and he called me right away. This time I loved it even more than the first one so we made sure to not loose out on this one. Adel made sure this looked brand new and was very helpful with the whole process. Never felt any unwanted pressure and I would highly recommend Jennings and Adel for any future car purchases new or used. More

Spoke with a couple friendly salesman,Adel and his boss and told them we had several questions about the Colorado. They called their truck specialist, Chris Hallenberg. Chris was very friendly and very knowledgeable on the Colorado. Chris suggested we drive the Colorado to make sure it was what we were looking for. He answered all our questions, no pressure at all. He really put us at ease. What a great truck! What a great experience. After talking with Chris for a long while, we knew there was no need to even check out the F150. We knew this was our truck, our dealership. We also ran into Mark Roman, the Service Manager. Great guy, very friendly. Felt very trustworthy. These guys were great! Very helpful. Best experience at a car dealership my wife and I ever had! More

Excellent process buying new Chevy Malibu Hybrid I recently bought a Chevy Malibu Hybrid from Jennings Chevrolet. I had driven a diesel VW Passat for 4 years and was turning it in due to the VW dies I recently bought a Chevy Malibu Hybrid from Jennings Chevrolet. I had driven a diesel VW Passat for 4 years and was turning it in due to the VW diesel scandal. I had my VW serviced at Jennings Volkswagen and was very happy with them so wanted to look to Jennings Chevy first. I was helped by Adel Ubeid and from the very first conversation with him, I knew I was in good hands. Adel managed many issues for me including the complication of turning in my VW etc. I can say unequivocally that he went above and beyond to make the process excellent. I will always recommend Adel and Jennings to everyone I know who is looking for a car. As far as the car- it is rated 46/47 mpg, has excellent safety technology as well as infotainment, etc. I am very very happy with it so far. More

Worst Service Experience ever The Car is under warranty and had several recalls; each and every time the recall issue was fixed, something else prompted the car to go back to them. The Car is under warranty and had several recalls; each and every time the recall issue was fixed, something else prompted the car to go back to them. Took the car (Van) back Tuesday for oil defeat, no rental available. Wednesday the car prompted the airbag light. Car is not fixed, no parts in store and the staff change their story each time we ask the status of the car. It's a Business Van, moneys are lost and the latest story questions the warranty when the paper given form them shows $0,000. Absolutely the worse experience and the most horrible customer service. More
