Dave met me at the dealership and walked me through the entire process. The Truck was perfect! Everything was ready and all the details and contracts were exactly as we had agreed upon. I've been to 15+ dealerships before, and the customer service here is easily the best. I didn't have to wait for someone to at least welcome me, and talk to me about my needs. Waiting for a rep took a few minutes but nothing that wasn't acceptable. I personally dealt with Vivian; and she was fantastic. I'd recommend her in a heartbeat. I've had issues in the past test driving cars, due to my taste (fast manual hatches) but here there was no issue. They even let me take it out by myself. All in all, the best dealership I've dealt with. Oh yeah, and I got one hell of a deal. More

It is always a worry at a dealership that the sales team will be pushy and constantly call and hassle you after you call or visit. However my sales experience with Vivian was a pleasure! She answered all my questions and offered advice when i asked as well as followed up with any info I required in a timely manner. She allowed me time and space to make my decision without pestering me but at the same time always being available for anything i needed. I would not hesitate to recommend Erinwood to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle as my experience was top class. More

We sent an email through the website and received a speedy response from Habib. He introduced himself and gave us some information on the vehicle that we were inquiring about. Habib and I communicated through email and text a couple of times before we agreed to visit the dealership. As we arrived at the dealership and introduced ourselves to Habib, he gave us his full attention and treated us like family. He always had a smile on his face and was very accommodating when answering our questions regarding a number of vehicles. When we picked up our vehicle, Habib took his time explaining the features of the vehicle and how everything works etc. We are very happy with our chosen vehicle and we will look to referring our friends and family to Habib at Erinwood. More

We had heard great things about buying a car at Erinwood and our recent second purchase corroborated that fact. Their customer experience is refreshing and different. It's true: they don't charge administration fees, they have great prices, they WILL buy your car if you don't buy theirs; they do make car buying, fun, easy, non-intimidating and we felt that they were doing their best to walk their talk of "Feel The Love". We felt respected and appreciated. They were completely transparent especially when it came to disclosing pricing options which allowed us to make a calm decision. Dave Grittani, John Brimo George Hill were very patient with us and they went to great lengths to find us the right vehicles for our needs [2015 Focus & Edge Sport] with the best options. Adam and Bory in F&I were also completely non-threatening. In retrospect, we never felt any pressure at any time from any team member. After two purchases we are now loyal Erinwood Ford customers.
