After 35 years working in the customer service industry followed by over a decade more in the automotive industry, Adam recently joined the Finch Service Department. His many years of experience have helped him to acquire a wealth of knowledge which he applies every day in his position as a Service Advisor. As a proud father, Adam is inspired everyday by the hard work and independence displayed by his children. As a sports fan, Adam has experienced both the highs and lows of human emotion as a huge fan of both the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Toronto Maple Leafs. In his spare time Adam enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf. He is also a strong supporter of local hockey and enjoys attending London Knights games at the John Labatt Centre. Adam’s automotive knowledge and customer service background have made him a valued member of the Finch team.

Very competitive service dept. It is reassuring that I see long time older employees who are retained by what I see as good management practises. Some people feel that going to private garages suits them. The upside of Finch is that their people can spot impending failure because of their hard vehicle knowledge and experience. One their guys who drove our 98 Sierra to the back for an oil change spotted a bad hub saving us a bundle of trouble and risk. Our 09 G8 GT is safety and performance modified and the service staff have paid attention to detail on that count. Their sales guys who spotted our vehicles, checked them out and they commented on the good condition that we keep them in. Overall, I can see that they have staff who are sincerely into cars, trucks and a friendly conversation is only a step away. More

A continuing good customer experience I saw the vehicle that I liked on the web site. Went there and in an hour had purchased the car with Josh doing a good job of demonstrating the vehic I saw the vehicle that I liked on the web site. Went there and in an hour had purchased the car with Josh doing a good job of demonstrating the vehicle and getting it ready to be picked up two days later. When ever I have visited the service department the advisers have been friendly and courteous and Tammy especially seems to know cars well. Over all a very pleasant experience so far. More

Exceptional Customer Service I have been a Finch customer since June/July 1999. Over this time, I have purchased and/or leased approximately 8 vehicles. Everytime I have p I have been a Finch customer since June/July 1999. Over this time, I have purchased and/or leased approximately 8 vehicles. Everytime I have purchased, I have been treated with the highest level of respect and satisfaction. I have received the best service possible from beginning to end of my purchases and beyond. The after sales customer service I have received from any of my sales consultants has been second-to-none. Over the years, I have dealt with Hass Hijazi (now partner of Finch Hyundai) and Kevin DiBrita (whom I have dealt with for the past 6 vehicles). Both Kevin and Hass treat me better than family. They are always available to assist with any question or problem at hand. The reason I came to Finch in 1999 was for service on my 1988 Pontiac Tempest, which I had purchased from another local GM dealer (which is no longer in business). The service advisor I reached on June 30, 1989 was Phil Jackman. This gentleman waited at the dealership until I arrived (approximately 6 pm which was after the dealership and service department were closed). Upon arriving, Mr. Jackman supplied me with a loaner vehicle for the long weekend at no charge. On the following Tuesday morning, I received a call from Phil telling me that parts had to be ordered to complete my repair and to continue using the loaner until my car was completely repaired. Due to a delay in parts being shipped to the dealer, my repair was not completed for approximately 10 days. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, I was informed that there was absolutely no charge as it would all be covered under warranty, including the loaner. I was very impressed. Based on the service satisfaction I had, when I again had problems with the Tempest in 1992, I had it towed to Finch for service late in the evening. While waiting for my wife to pick me up at the dealership, I noticed a 1992 Pontiac Grand Am on the lot that I liked. The next morning when the service department called and informed me of the repairs necessary, I decided it was time to replace the Tempest. I approved the repair and requested the service advisor to transfer me to the sales department. My call was picked up by Hass Hijazi. I let Hass know which vehicle I was interested in. Whereas, I was at work at the time without a vehicle, Hass offered to pick me up in the 1992 Grand Am when I was done work. I test drove the vehicle back to the dealership. I paid for my repairs and began the paperwork to trade-in the Tempest and purchase the Grand Am. Over the years, I continue to visit Finch for all my repairs and purchases. I will not even consider another dealership. ALL of the Finch employees are courteous and go above and beyond in every area of the sales and service process. I enjoy my visits. I have made many longterm friends at the dealership over the years. I would recommend the Finch dealerships to any and all who are interested in purchasing and/or service their vehicles. Engine Problems on My '08 Sierra It started with a slow whine under the hood which developed into a steady tick... until finally the check engine light came on and I knew I had to get It started with a slow whine under the hood which developed into a steady tick... until finally the check engine light came on and I knew I had to get my '08 GMC Sierra SLT diagnosed. Of course I took it to the gentlemen at Finch Cadillac Buick GMC as I wanted to know exactly what this issue was and fixed, if at all possible, by professional technicians. First, Adam Limbrick, thank you for your in depth description of the issues you and the service team uncovered on my truck. Unfortunately, the camshaft and lifters had worn and become damaged in my engine and the cost to fix or repair was estimated to be quite steep (~$5,000.00). So, being a recent graduate and just starting my first job I was in a bit of a tight situation and decided to explore all my options on what do with the issues at hand. This is when I met Morgan Crosbie in the sales department. We met on about three different occasions to try and find another vehicle for me (new and used) and I have to extend a great thanks out to him with all the hard work and effort he put into trying to get me something that fit my budget and my lifestyle. He brought in another GMC Sierra which was almost identical to the truck I had but a 2010 model and got me the best possible price he could. Even went to the lengths to negotiate 3 times for a better trade in value on my current truck (with a shot engine). Not only was he a great sales representative, he took the time to walk me through it every step of the way (me being a first time vehicle shopper). When I decided I couldn't afford a new truck or find a used one that fit my budget Morgan didn't simply usher me away to the service department and leave me to fend for myself. He put me in contact with all the appropriate people and explained the best situation for either A) going with a used vehicle, or B) servicing my truck and getting it back on the road. Many thanks for all your time and effort again, Morgan. Morgan put me in touch with Dan Hofland, the General Service Manager, and between myself, Dan, Morgan and Adam we were able to come to an excellent price to fix my engine and get my baby back on the road. Not only were all these gentlemen understanding of my situation, they all did their best to get me the best price, service and rentals while my vehicle was in the shop. In conclusion, I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone that needs service on their vehicle or is looking to buy something new! They turned my very unfortunate and costly situation into something I could manage with my budget and wouldn't leave me with crippling debt. Dan and Adam - The best service team I have had the pleasure of doing business with since owning my vehicle. Thank you both for doing an excellent job on my truck, my baby is running like a dream now. Morgan - Thank you for being honest and upfront with me about this situation and doing all the work to get me the deal you could on both the used truck and the trade in for mine. I will be sure to mention your name to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More
