The buying process with Heritage Mazda went very smoothly. I worked with their team to set a fair price prior to arriving, and immediately went into a test drive and closed on the car. All said I sp smoothly. I worked with their team to set a fair price prior to arriving, and immediately went into a test drive and closed on the car. All said I spent 3 hours at the dealership. Everyone was super helpful while I was there, especially the finance guy (Adam) who took all the time in the world to help me navigate the expense. That said... When I got home I realized the car mats were missing from the car. Likely taken out when the car got detailed. I immediately emailed and called to let Heritage know about the mix up. Unfortunately my responses either went unanswered or didn't get us closer to a resolution on what to do. After a month I sent one last email and got a response that recommended I buy new mats with the Mazda employee discount. This after-purchase experience was really disappointing especially after spending over $30k on a car. The mats were maybe $200 in value but Heritage didn't have any interest in making things right or even answering my questions for the first 4 weeks. Shame on me for expecting more after they had my money in hand. I won't give them my business again... and they probably won't care. Good luck if there is a bigger issue you have to deal with. Adam rocks... can't say that about anyone else. More

I KNOW ITS USED BUT ONLY 2 YRS OLD AND STUFF THAT COULD GET WORSE. AT FIRST IT WAS ALL GOOD THERE AFTER OVER A MONTH GOT A CAR AND SEEMED GOOD. AFTER I BOUGHT THE CAR IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE SET UP TO H GET WORSE. AT FIRST IT WAS ALL GOOD THERE AFTER OVER A MONTH GOT A CAR AND SEEMED GOOD. AFTER I BOUGHT THE CAR IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE SET UP TO HAVE AREAS OF PAINT TOUCH UP THE FEW ON THE HOOD HAD RUST ON THEM AND A COUPLE SIMPLE THINGS AND MAKE MY 2ND KEY. I WENT IN ON THE DAY THUR I WAS TOLD & THE GUY WASN'T THERE. I WAS TOLD CALL THE NEXT DAY FRI TALK TO OMID THE GUY I TALKED TO AND LEFT MESSAGE FOR OMID TO CALL ME BC SERVICE SAID HE HAS TO COME TO THEM TO LET THEM KNOW. THE GUY SAID TODAY IS NOT A GOOD DAY FOR THE TOUCHUPS. HERBERT CALLED BACK LIKE OMID WAS AVOIDING ME AND HERBERT KNEW NOTHING ABOUT IT, SAID HE HAS A MEETING AND HUNG UP WHILE I WAS TALKING. HE CALLED ME BEFORE THE SALE WENT THROUGH AND WAS TALKING TO PPL WHILE I WAS ONTHE PHONE. HE HASN'T REALLY KNOWN MUCH ABOUT ANY OF MY DEAL, I DEALT WITH OMID. BEFORE I TOOK THE CAR THEY SAID IT WAS CLEANED AND IT WASN'T THEY SHINED THE TIRES ONLY. HAD TO FOLLOW HERBERT TO GET THEM TO PUT GAS IN IT TOO. IT WAS BUSY AND THE SALE WAS RUSHED SO THEN AFTER I LEFT I NOTICED A RIP IN THE INSIDE OF THE PASSENGER DOOR ON THE LEATHER AND 2 LARGE CRACKS OF THE PAINT OR WHATEVER ITS MADE OF ON THE BACK RIM AND 1 PART LOOKS MELTED, I HAVE PICS THE TIRE WAS NOT HIT AGAINST. ALSO ALL AROUND THE RIMS IS PEELING SOMETHING SO IDK IF ITS A WRAP OR WHAT. SO NOW THEIR ACTING LIKE THE MINOR THINGS THEY AREN'T TRYING TO FIX. THAT SHOULD OF BEEN DONE BEFORE SELLING IT. More
