purchased a 2014 Cad-srx full electronics on 04 July-23. traded our 10 Lincoln Cartier L-no electronics . had a brief orientation sans owners manual-missing salesman adam said must be used car magrs office traded our 10 Lincoln Cartier L-no electronics . had a brief orientation sans owners manual-missing salesman adam said must be used car magrs office- he was gone for the day- call back tomorrow- called back no manual- because we were unfamiliar in how to do inputs for instructions etc we needed it- tried a 2012 book- no luck. a higher learning curve for two seniors plus we need mechanical things oil changes fluid levels etc- we are now 30 days into it- we e-mailed this Adam four times only reply- we'll figure it out- nothing since- i e-mailed the gen mgr 4 times asking for his help gave him our tele-number asking for his help- wrote again saying write us a check for $65.00 so we can buy an after market manual from Cadillac no e-mail no call no response- totally unprofessional gutless by the gm . i called Hyundai north America Customer Care and the CEO AND CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER and complained - they asked me to send a complaint letter and copies of the e-mails sent with no response so they can deal with it. this is all over a lousy operating manual that two seniors need. if they do this lack of professionalism over something like this imagine what the don't do over something larger- plus they don't sell new or used cars without some instructions for the buyer- i am going on all social media and the local papers advising people not to buy or do business with tese people More
