Lori, Bob, and Adam were great in our transaction. I traded in a broken down vehicle and purchased a new one. They made it amazingly simple and I feel they were not the "typical" bait and switch you I traded in a broken down vehicle and purchased a new one. Elkins Chevrolet sets the bar unattainably high for any other dealership. The team at Elkins go above and beyond for every customer as if they’re family. All of the sales team at Elkins are great but if you have the opportunity to work with Jeff Schor you will quickly realize how seamless buying a car should be. Bob, who works in management/finance is excellent as well and will be sure to explain your deal in a way you will not be confused! Up front business and no nonsense.
