I have owned 9 Subarus, collectively, between my wife and myself. I am a stereotypical Subaru owner: love spending time with my family, being in the outdoors, and adore animals. I purchased my 2010 Subaru Legacy from Sommer's dealership. It was the best car purchasering experience in my life (I have bought 3 brand new cars before). The dealership has a very good reputation dealership. It was the best car purchasering experience in my life (I have bought 3 brand new cars before). The dealership has a very good reputation and was amazed how well and cordially I was treated. I lost my first new 2010 Legacy on July 22, 2010 to flood damage (which also happened to be the same day I purchased it), and bought the second one within a week after (the same color, options, etc). The Sales Consultant Adam Driewer obtained a title 1 day after the initial purchase (there have been no persons in my life who helped me as much in such a dramatic situation as Adam did; to have a car totaled in the same day of purchase and have everything quickly resolved), so my insurance company had the car title in hand to reimburse me for my flooded Legacy. By the day I received the check from my insurance for the totaled vehicle the New Car Sales Manager, Howard Gleason, already had a new Legacy waiting for me on the lot with my name on it...even without my request! I'm not talking only about professionalism and business, this is a story about the skills, professional dignity, and humanism of Sommer's employees. More

I LOVE,LOVE my new Forrester Subaru..I have been leasing I LOVE,LOVE my new Forrester Subaru..I have been leasing cars for the past 12 years and I wanted to buy a new one..Adam D. was absolutely wonderful I LOVE,LOVE my new Forrester Subaru..I have been leasing cars for the past 12 years and I wanted to buy a new one..Adam D. was absolutely wonderful and never pressured me.. very professional..everyone was so nice at the dealership. I consider myself an automotive enthusiast. When it came to buying a car, I knew exactly what I wanted. It was just a matter of finding the right car in the right condition. Sommers had the car I wanted, in to buying a car, I knew exactly what I wanted. It was just a matter of finding the right car in the right condition. Sommers had the car I wanted, in an immaculate condition and price. I had no previous experience with Sommers, but working with Adam was extremely easy. He's knowledgeable but not pushy. As I've found after the sale, he's also extremely good with follow-up. A few months after my purchase, he called to make sure everything with the car was up to par. Overall, Sommers is a great dealership. An ability to pay attention to the finer details only improves their product. I will continue to work with Adam, and I think those interested in a Subaru or Buick should at least consider what Sommers has to offer before going somewhere else, even if it means driving out of ones way. More

I'm the type of customer that is immediately turned off by high pressure sales. I don't operate that way in my profession and don't appreciate it when it's applied to me. This was the number one reason I purchased our 2011 Outback from Adam. He was very knowledgeable and did his best to provide me with the information I needed to make a decision. I did get quotes from two other dealers and even though Sommers was not the lowest price (not far off though), the time Adam took with me and his manner of conducting business was far more valuable than a small price difference. I have already recommended him to two other people that may be in the market for a Subaru at some point soon. As a side note, I drive approximately an hour to have my 2003 Outback serviced by Sommers. Their low key and attention to detail approach makes the trip well worth it. More
