My husband and I came to the dealership to purchase a car to replace my aging automobile. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the lively and friendly demeanor of Adam Davis. He made our purchase experience not only a lot of fun but also well informed. He was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles of every model in the lot but was also humble enough to tell us when he needed to clarify some information. We ended up purchasing two vehicles that day. One for myself and my husband. Adam was very thorough in introducing and educating us about all the features of our new cars and was always available personally or by phone for any other questions we might have after the purchase. Our experiences with Adam and the dealership continued to be very positive after that day. We highly recommend the dealership and specifically Adam Davis to anyone who might be looking for a great automobile from Mercedes Benz, and have fun and be confident in the process. More

My experience with Adam Davis and Mercedes Benz of Naples was wonderful! I wanted to buy myself a Mercedes SUZ for my birthday. I called and spoke with the Pre-owned Manager and was advised that they had a was wonderful! I wanted to buy myself a Mercedes SUZ for my birthday. I called and spoke with the Pre-owned Manager and was advised that they had a vehicle that fit my description that had just been processed. He asked me to come in to view the vehicle due to no pictures being available online. By the time I got to the dealership it was six o’clock and the dealership closed at 7 o’clock. We ended up staying at the dealership well after they closed and never received one complaint from their staff. I then met Adam who’s the best salesperson I’ve ever dealt with. He was funny but yet serious enough to walk you thru all the features and ensure that all your questions and concerns were answered. After Adam did an extraordinary job selling the vehicle features and demonstrating them as well it came down to pricing. I was honest with Adam about the amount of money I had to spend on this purchase and what I expected from my trade in. Adam and Mercedes Benz of Naples then surprised me by dropping the price to where I needed it to be in order to purchase my Mercedes SUZ. This was my second purchase from Mercedes Benz of Naples and probably the only place I’ll buy a Mercedes from for the rest of my life. We were pretty well sold on Mercedes and our trade in was a Mercedes purchased at your dealership. What we were not prepared for was our salesman. Adam Davis was professional, engaging, knowledgable and wa a Mercedes purchased at your dealership. What we were not prepared for was our salesman. Adam met uis when we arrived at the dealership and made us feel comfortable with Mercedes of Naples. We had looked at cars in Mercedes of Ft Myers but just didn't like the pushy "vibe" from the sales perso us feel comfortable with Mercedes of Naples. We had looked at cars in Mercedes of Ft Myers but just didn't like the pushy "vibe" from the sales person there. After several hours with Adam, we ordered a new ML-350. It was delivered a few days ago, and Adam has been extraordinarily patient with us, showing us how everything worked in our new car. He makes himself available, not just during normal business hours, but just about any time by his cell phone. We'll now start having our service performed in Naples rather than Ft Myers. More
