Once we decided to make the purchase, Michael was available on a Sunday to process the paperwork, get the auto detailed with barely more than one hour's notice, and send us on our way with our car of choice. Michael is a effective communicator, and he values the customer's time, which was evidenced by his efficient and speedy processing of the paperwork. His overall professionalism was apparent in all aspects of this transaction, and we thank him and Walter's for that. More

Tony’s enthusiasm for Porsche cars was clearly evident due to the articles he would share with me in regards to Porsche and my particular car. I really appreciated and enjoyed his enthusiasm, for I am just as much an enthusiast of Porsches. When the car arrived I had a number of special requests for outside processes. Tony communicated my requests and coordinated with his peers at Porsche and quite painstakingly saw to it that everything was successfully completed. I was very taken by his effort. When it came time to purchase the vehicle Tony greeted me with open arms and made me feel very comfortable with his very friendly and outgoing personality. What I most appreciated about Tony was his genuine personality, he recognized that this was a very important and big purchase for me and he helped me embrace it. Tony took a great deal of time showing me the car and explained to me throughly all the workings of the car. This is not something that many car salesmen do these days. All in all I truly appreciated Tony’s efforts, passion, personality and most importantly his professionalism. Tony followed up the next day and confirmed satisfaction as he spent majority of the time listening to me go on and on and on about how much I loved driving my Porsche. Frank is a really nice guy and followed through on information I asked for. Adam Avalos in finance had all paperwork completed before I entered his office. He was organized and thorough in his explanation of all documents. This was the BEST buying experience EVER! Was in and out of the dealership in under two hours. Loving my new Porsche. I couldn't be happier with the service that Tim provides. He is available 24/7 for his clients. He was there for me every step of the way- from the numerous iterations of the build of the vehicle, to numerous test drives while I awaited delivery of my new Macan GTS, to selecting strategic demo vehicles for me to sample when I would bring my other Porsches in for service so I could be certain the Macan GTS would be best suited for my needs. Tim is extremely knowledgeable on not only Porsches but all vehicles. He is a true Car Guy. He always takes time for you. I make it a point to stop by to see him whenever I am at the dealership. Even when he knows I am not in the market for a new car- he always takes time to peruse the Porsche inventory with me and never makes me feel pressured to buy.
