Purchased a 2018, Porsche Macan (Basic), but loaded. During December, my wife and I visited Walters PORSCHE. And Mr. John BEECH took the time to find us a Porsche CAYENNE (Perfect for our daughter). Jo During December, my wife and I visited Walters PORSCHE. And Mr. John BEECH took the time to find us a Porsche CAYENNE (Perfect for our daughter). John searched the entire U.S.A. and finally found her request: White Color with RED interior. Approximately two hours was spent with us and Mr. BEECH was my number one choice salesman for my daughter to deal with. My Angel chose to go with a Porsche MACAN. In my searching the internet, I ended up back at "Walters Porsche". I began questioning about the MACAN through emails to Ali ALIYEV to arrange for a meeting for my daughteri, but my daughter and I were greeted by Mr. Matt KRAFT. The Macan was for daughter, so I let her handle all the details "WHILE DAD STOOD VERY VERY CLOSE BY". Mr. KRAFT was ***** GREAT! He introduced my daughter to Mr. Ed FINLEY "Sales Manager" and he also treated her with allot of respect. This was my daughters first car/SUV buying experience. She was later introduced to the Finance Department: Adam Avalos and Jeremy BISHOP. I can't say enough... It was a great experience from start to finish. * * * * * The Finish! Mr. KRAFT had an emergency at home and turned-over SUV delivery to Mr. Ali LIYEV. I had previously been in contact with Mr. ALIYEV, who provided detailed email information for the MACAN. He wasn't present, when we arrived at the dealership and Mr. KRAFT was crafty by greeting us outside. Ha Ha. Very pleasant man. AND Mr. ALIYEV was very professional and continues to stay in contact. I'm so so happy for my daughters ***** First Purchase *****. I've always been a FORD/CHEVY man, but thanks to my daughter and the "professionalism" at Walters Porsche", I will drive again from Los Angeles and get me, that beautiful MACAN Turbo! Tony helped us make all transactions sailing smoothly. He even came out to our house to pick up the trade-in and also offered a coupon and a full tank of gas for next visit anytime. Great experience Walter's Porsche and John took care of me. The Porsche Macan S was a little higher priced then I was hoping for but I really wanted some of the extra Walter's Porsche and John took care of me. The Porsche Macan S was a little higher priced then I was hoping for but I really wanted some of the extras that did not come on the base Macan. I am so happy that John took the time to explain the Macan S was not just more HP and made sure I knew what I was getting myself into for the next 3 years on a lease. I will be back to see John when the 2020 comes out and my lease is up. More

Great Sales Staff We started our journey to find my wife a new 2018 Porsche Cayenne, after getting several quotes from an online source. Walters Porsche came out on top with the best discount on the vehicle we were looking for. Credits to Tony Nguyen for his pleasant demeanor and knowledge on the vehicle we were looking at. He took the time to explain all the functions of the vehicle so that we completely understood everything. Tony took my wife and I for test drive and she was really impressed in how helpful Tony was to her during and after the test drive. The next day while my wife was at work, I made contact with Walters Porsche again and arranged a time to meet with another salesman as Tony was not available that day. I met with Michael Rey and he showed me a Porsche Cayenne that they had with all the options my wife was looking for. Michael took the time to answer all my questions and explain things thoroughly. He was very helpful in negotiating a great deal for me with the sales manager. Needless to say, the sales manager even threw in a free key replacement in the event we lost one, Free keychains for our key fobs and a discount coupon for their on site store. I didn't get the sales managers name who made us the great deal. But he also was a pleasure to negotiate with, spelling out all the details for me. After leaving a down payment and setting up a time for my wife to come in complete the required paperwork, I left to go home and share the good news with my wife, She was ecstatic! We received several phone calls over the next two days assuring us that the car would be ready when we arrived. We arrived at Walters Porsche around 12:30 PM and were met by Tony. I told Tony that my wife would like to see the car and make sure it had the all the options she wanted. Tony was more than happy to assist her while she looked the car over. Finally! We signed all the required paperwork while the finance manager answered all our questions about fees and other items. Adam was very helpful and patient as I had numerous questions in regards to figures on the sales contract. Oh, Did I mention that they also got us a great interest rate for the remaining balance on the car! Overall the finance office at Walters Porsche did an outstanding job accommodating our needs. Once all the paperwork was completed Tony Nguyen accompanied myself and my wife outside to the vehicle and proceeded to thoroughly go over all the functions of the vehicle with my wife so she was familiar with the operation. His knowledge and patience while going over things is outstanding. After all that was done, he even took some photos of my wife and I with her new car. Overall Impression with sales staff and Walters Porsche Riverside. Great people, great service and attention to detail and their customers needs. I highly recommend that if your in the market for a new Porsche, or even used, you give them a call. I don't believe you will be disappointed! More

Excellent experience I had the rare opportunity to custom order of my Porsche Macan S. I had searched the Southern California dealerships for the last three months and I had the rare opportunity to custom order of my Porsche Macan S. I had searched the Southern California dealerships for the last three months and could not find the Porsche I wanted for retirement. John at Walters Porsche Riverside also did not have the vehicle I was looking for but asked me when did I need it by.  I let him know I was retiring in the next six months.  He suggested I place an order two months down the road and get my vehicle the same month I was retiring. it worked out and I have now completed a full week in my new Porsche.  Retired with a Porsche in my garage I am very happy. More
