Robby was extremely respectful and never talked down to me, as a woman buying a car. Other dealers were pushing "color, cute looking car, zippy, can hold groceries... Robby was thorough and detailed. He made sure I had all the information I needed and wanted. He also really knows cars. Has been a car nerd since he was 2 years old. Abby made the whole financing/final paper work very easy and explained everything very well. She was efficient, yet very personable and helped to make the whole experience GREAT. Super team, next time I buy a car, they will be the first I go to. Thank you so much! More

Outstanding Service I was looking for a Ford Explorer and had been to several other dealerships in the Plattsburgh area and not one would get me what I was looking for in I was looking for a Ford Explorer and had been to several other dealerships in the Plattsburgh area and not one would get me what I was looking for in terms of budget. I had heard from friends that Heritage was easy to work with so I contacted them via the website and was intrigued enough to venture across the lake. They had a vehicle on the lot that met my needs and Andrew along with the finance manager were able to work it into my budget and I was driving it home the same day. My husband and I were so happy with the service that he returned later that week to purchase a new F-150 from Andrew. We will definitely be making future purchases from Heritage Ford! More

I decided to cross Lake Champlain and visit Heritage, upon arriving I was greeted by Brett Bush. We were able to negotiate a price I was comfortable with, and within an hour and a half I was in Abby’s office singing the papers. A week and half later, I receive the paper work so I could transfer the registration from my old car to the truck. Everything I needed was included even the DMV forms for NY already filled out, I just had to sign them. Fantastic A+++ More

We called Andrew Melvin, spoke briefly over the phone, negotiated the price, no catches. We were driving the car home within 2 to 3 hours. Hassle Free Process I went to Heritage Ford to start the process of replacing my 13 year old Focus. I really did not want to replace it. I decided I liked the Ford Fiesta I went to Heritage Ford to start the process of replacing my 13 year old Focus. I really did not want to replace it. I decided I liked the Ford Fiesta and after my test drive I was convinced. The only problem was I wanted a ruby red one with a few extras. Andrew was great he found the red Fiesta at another dealership and once it arrived at Heritage I had my new car. I couldn't be happier. I wish all the previous cars I bought went so smoothly. Abby in Finance made the paper work extremely easy and informative. I would recommend them both to people I know. More
