This employee goes out of his way to use bulldog tactics and push you into financing a deal that doesn’t fit you. He makes false promises and tries to use intimidation as a tool to benefit him and his commi and push you into financing a deal that doesn’t fit you. The sales man named Abel Alvarez is racist and bad employed. First he told me which car he was interested in, and then he told me ok I'll call you to give the information, 3 hours later I called him a employed. He told me that don't sell cars to people outside the state. I was interested in buying a Highlander in cash. I called again and another salesman told me that he could sell me the Highlander without any problem. I definitely thought that salesman was racist because i spoke in Spanish with him. I hope the manager read this comment about this guy. More

I really like the Highlander, the sales guy & finance guy have great personalities & we’re very helpful. Being this was a used car. I do still feel I did not get the best deal. But it is what it is. Need pap have great personalities & we’re very helpful. Being this was a used car. I do still feel I did not get the best deal. But it is what it is. Need paperwork on 3 years of free oil changes and a free dash mat would be nice. That and alarm system was always given from bell road Toyota. Thanks. More
