Abed was readily available and was very attentive and responsive to both my needs and concerns and was quick to answer any questions I might have had. Everyone was available for me form sales to business office personnell to Lexus technicians. I even had after sale questions and I returned to the dealership and a technician was readily available to help me. There was no high pressure sales attempt at any way along the process and I was entirely comfortable that any decision I made would be well informed and uncoerced. This was an excellent experience all the way around and it has cemented for me the Lexus brand loyalty. Highly recommended. More
