It was my first time purchasing a vehicle and I didn't ask for any additional things done to the vehicle. After doing first wash notice something very minor. Fast, friendly service. Arrived unannounced for recall service, and was met by James Clayton, Service Advisor. James immediately arranged for the service, gave an estimated time of repair (ETR), with a promise to call me upon completion. I was called early, and told my car was ready to go. When I arrived to pickup the car, James explained in detail what was done, and it was not just one item completed, but a second recall item was completed as well. While looing around the sales floor, Abdul Kebe approached and guided me to cars I had an interest in, opened them up, and reviewed key features, as well as rebate offers. Abdul, introduced me to Sales Manager Paul Bateman, who offered to assist in obtaining finance services when ever I'm ready to upgrade to a newer vehicle. Great staff, and prompt friendly service. Impressive dealership. More
