Professional Staff I went in to replace a nav system in a 2012 Sonata. However, staff made me a wonderful offer on a 2014 Sonata. At no time was it a pressure sale and o I went in to replace a nav system in a 2012 Sonata. However, staff made me a wonderful offer on a 2014 Sonata. This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from Rick Case, first vehicle at the Weston location and this vehicle from the Fort Lauderdale location; the level of customer service and the level of knowled Case, first vehicle at the Weston location and this vehicle from the Fort Lauderdale location; the level of customer service and the level of knowledge that each staff member displays needs to be commended.
