I love my vehicle but the service department is a rip off. I chose a $74.00 oil change and they tried to charge me almost $300.00. Full price plus they said they rotated my tires and they didn’t. “But yo off. I chose a $74.00 oil change and they tried to charge me almost $300.00. Full price plus they said they rotated my tires and they didn’t. “But you signed it’ Abbie said. I wasn’t back there so I had no idea they didn’t do it until my husband stepped in. Abbie agreed they didn’t rotate them. After she argued with me. Last time my oil change costed over $800.00. This is a brand new vehicle. I have to video my car before I drop it off. Please don’t stand for this. Video your vehicle before hand. Read everything and take pictures of what they make you sign because they will cheat you every chance they can. Also she wouldn’t make a copy for me of what I signed. Rip off. More

I had been taking my car here for years because I liked that I could get the comprehensive overview "checkup" when I got my oil changed and tires rotated. Recently, though, a basic appointment has taken longer and longer. I went in for my regular service at the start of 2024, and the prices had not just gone up, they had leaped, even with a coupon. It was near double for the exact same service, and of course a list of a whole bunch of other things the car needed. Turns out they didn't find something incredibly obvious and critical, though, that my regular mechanic took care of in about an hour. I'll be going elsewhere from now on. More

Went in for a technical bulletin for reprogramming the glow plugs and they told me they needed replaced glow plugs instead. They also came up with 2 other codes that had not previously been stored in the glow plugs and they told me they needed replaced glow plugs instead. They also came up with 2 other codes that had not previously been stored in the computer that also needed taken care of along with a list of "should do" services. All in all would of cost around $3000. I declined, had codes read elsewhere and still only showed original code from bulletin. More
