Great buying experience Internet director responded quickly to my inquiry and assigned a sales team member who arranged the site visit and had the vehicle ready when we Internet director responded quickly to my inquiry and assigned a sales team member who arranged the site visit and had the vehicle ready when we arrived. Salesman answered all of our questions, reviewed features, and performance criteria. Had sufficient time during the test drive to check the operation and went through all the safety features and controls. Trade in was evaluated during the test drive and had estimate available upon our return. Pricing and trade value was fair and easily understandable, no hidden cost or fees. Finance/contract agreement was presented and discussed with clear answers. Overall one of the best vehicle purchase experienced we've ever had. More

December 27, 2017 Very disappointed with my experience at Veterans Ford. Not sure if it was because I was a woman shopping alone or what. One reason for my disappoint Very disappointed with my experience at Veterans Ford. Not sure if it was because I was a woman shopping alone or what. One reason for my disappointment was the finance person told the salesperson I was working with that if he could verify my income, he could make one deal happen. First of all, I already assumed before I got there my income would need to be verified so why would I give false information. I am not in the habit of lying or falsifying information. I'm not sure why a professional would assume I was lying and then verbalize that info. I'm surprised a company would employ a person who would make derogatory comments about a potential customer. Another aspect of my visit included being given 2 financing scenarios, after they had all my info, with payment information. This was done after the car was selected. When I picked the option I preferred, I was then told they could not get that one approved. I asked why would they have given me that option then. I was told "We're not the bank". My response "I realize you are not the bank, but you had all my info and you even put the payment info on the options so how did your finance director not know it would not be approved. Most finance directors know that info before they ever present that info to a customer".I was then directed to another vehicle that had less options than what I preferred. I did not particularly like that one. So my salesperson asked me to consider a used one. He then presented me with 2 options. I selected one of those options to purchase. After all of that, I was told by the salesperson they could not finance that one. The only option was the new vehicle I did not like. They could finance that one only. Needless to say, this was a horrible experience. I anxious to see if anyone from Veterans Ford contacts me to discuss this. That's a big part of customer service. Aaron was nice, but the overall experience was something I've never encountered before. More
