This is the first new car my wife and I have been able to purchase, so we took our time in deciding what vehicle was best for our needs and budget. AAron was amazing with his patience, because my wife and I changed our minds on not only what color we wanted but also the vehicle itself three times. Dugan Chevrolet worked with us on our trade in , which we were very happy with and also made sure we got all available incentives on our new Equinox. We got exactly what we wanted at a price that we could afford. The hole Dugan experience with AAron was the easiest and most enjoyable car purchase we've ever had. Very relaxed atmosphere,very friendly staff. The Manager even came out and talked to me and answered some questions. They had the best price around on the used Tahoe I purchased, with loaded options too! The financing lady(Laura?) didn't try to sell me any extras that I didn't need.Some of the other dealerships try to rip you off by trying to sell you extras that you don't need. Shopping for new cars isn't something that I usually like to do. There's something about car dealerships and car salesmen that normally make me very nervous and anxious. We decided to go to Dugan after havin to do. There's something about car dealerships and car salesmen that normally make me very nervous and anxious. We decided to go to Dugan after having a not so nice experience at another dealership. From the time we walked in the door at Dugan, until the time we drove away with our new car, I felt nothing but good vibes. Aaron immediately greeted us with a smile and a hand shake as we walked into the building. He offered refreshments and also played a movie for our children to watch. He focused solely on what we were looking for and did not try to push other deals or vehicles on us. He slowly took away the anxiety and stress that I was feeling that day. I could tell early on that he was a genuine person. I was very satisfied with his service and I will be back to see him again one day. More

After our first visit with Aaron, I specifically went back to buy from him because out of all the salespeople we visited, he was the most thorough and didn't use jargon. He seemed to find that perfect ba back to buy from him because out of all the salespeople we visited, he was the most thorough and didn't use jargon. He seemed to find that perfect balance of respecting the customer while assuming the customer knows nothing. He even stayed late to accommodate our schedule and never rushed us through the delivery. He remained very neutral and the husband and I disagreed, and he worked hard to find the car I wanted when I didn't settle for one on the lot. We were working through a buying program with our insurance company. Aaron was familiar with this process. He never tried to sell us anything more than what we were asking for and we never felt pressured to make a decision righ then and there. Aaron is very knowledgable about the Equinox and all of the technology it posses. He seemed genuinely excited to tell us about all the features and made good comparisons bewteen the different packages and what they entailed. It felt like Aaron was working very hard to get us the deal we could afford and the vehicle we were comfortable with. Everyone at the dealership was very kind and helpful. Everyone seemed to enjoy working there and that's a big plus for us. Our girls loved the play room! Such a wonderful idea. Although Avon is a bit of a drive for us, I will probably take my Equinox there for service. More
