I went to the dealership for a routine oil change. When I paid my bill, I asked if my wind shield wiper fluid was filled up, because the invoice said "all fluids checked and topped off". They said yes When I paid my bill, I asked if my wind shield wiper fluid was filled up, because the invoice said "all fluids checked and topped off". They said yes. But it was not!! When I got home I took pictures of my engine's tank to show it was not done. I called the dealer immediately and asked for the service manager. I talked with an associate and 2 weeks later, no one has called me back! How can I trust that the oil was even changed after they lied about the fluid fill up?? Nobody has called me back to discuss my complaints. Terrible customer service! More
