Even more bad service - Really bad dealership
Just had the jeep in to have the rotting subframe replaced. They called to say we were responsible for parts if they break them during the change...WHAT???? They break a part and we pay for it. No responsibility on their part. Not on my watch. I told them to finish up what they needed to do and get the car off the lift. The service Manager Lisa Watson was rude as I tried to explain a few things to her. She continued to cut me off and wouldn't let me speak. I had to tell her twice to let me speak. They need a complete reset of their service department. I do not understand how they have been able to keep customers coming back with this level of sub poor service.

Just moved to Woodstock, was at the dealership for other reasons, realized that I have outstanding recalls thought since I had such a hard time with the Dodge in our old city this one might be different. Went up to the service desk, booked an appointment and he even changed the address with Dodge for me. I explained the hassles I've had with another Dodge dealer and how I've been trying to get these done since they came out so He double checked they had the parts. Told me they did and things were set. I booked the day off work because I work out of town, and the day before I called to see if they could also check another issue while my truck was in for the recalls. A women answered told me I did not have an appointment, and they were booked solid! I told her what day I was in and booked the appointment, who I spoke to and all she could say was would you like to book an actual appointment. Completely 100% their screw up and no trying to accommodate. So now I have lost a days wage and my recalls that are 3+ years old (as stated before issues with a different Dodge dealer) are still not done!!! I loath Dodge!
