If your looking for a laid-back no pressure buying experience this is the place . Actually went to their lot twice and browsed around looking at the new truck on the lot without being bothered at all . Picked one out and bought it several days later . Researched prices for many months and got a great deal . Actually took their offer to another dealer and they couldn't match it . Went back and got an even better deal . Hate going to those dealerships where your swarmed by salespeople using high pressure tactics . Went to several of those before trying out this dealership .

I have been around a while and I have seen every kind of salesman, mostly the unfortunate stereotype of the guy that will up sell you on things you don't need just so he can afford a trip to Hawaii or some such. Not with Jon. I had a very specific budget and needs to which most others probably wouldn't have bothered. However, he was happy to face the challenge and went above and beyond what I could have expected. He exercised great patience and precision when helping me search for what I needed and was not content with finding me something that was just okay. In the end he got me exactly the kind of car I needed within the budget I could afford. I was floored at how amazing everything turned out and still am. It's four months later and my car runs like a dream and I will forever recommend Jon and the Dueck Auto Group as the place to go for proper customer service the way it was always meant to be. Game players - Disappointed buyer
Unbelievable, they take your time for many hours, when it comes to price and they make their final offer, if you want the car and agree with their offer, they back off and try to get more from you. They claim they made a mistake or the offer was for another car, etc. Not trustable at all!!! Ask them to write every offer down and sign it, even though they will find a way to play games to suck more afterwords. As a person with 30 years in sales I absolutely warn you and do not recommend this dealer.

I have been waiting for a second set of keys in the mail along with touch up paint for over 3 weeks. I still haven't received it!!! Before paying for the car I was told that I would get a good deal on heated seats and rubber Mat. After payment went through I was told they could not help me out at all with this. When the sales rep gave me temporary cheap rubber mat that did not fit properly, I mentioned this to him and he threatened to take them away in exchange for card board.

I don't take my vehicles to dealers cause of horrible experiences in the past but I took my truck to Preston today to fix a funny problem.... I finally had warm toes driving home for the first time all winter !!! That's a big deal! And there was no surprises when it came time to pay the bill ... all n all I was very impressed 😊

First maintenance visit for my 2017 Volt. - ReEntry Racer
I decided to book my Volt's first oil change via the My Chevrolet App. Once entered, I received a quick response to confirm my appointment time and what I had asked to be done.
My arrival was exactly at 1 pm, but it took a few minutes to greet me. Once the Service Advisor met me, we went through a 120 minute confirmation procedure that found 2 Service Bulletins that had been added to the work request by the App, but had apparently not been relayed into the service order. Once these were added, all went well, and the car was ready for pick-up in a reasonable amount of time. Altogether, a good experience.
Not clear on terms = Not a great experience - BC Sierra 2015
I bought a new truck here, and it was my first and last time dealing with them. I thought we were on the same page when I was dealing with the salesman over the phone, but when I showed up to complete the sale, the terms were not what I was expecting. The reason why I didn't walk away was that I had foolishly put down a deposit and had driven a long way to get there, and I didn't want to walk away from $1000.
All I was really looking for was transparency and to know what the terms were up front, but the salesman was more interested in getting my credit card to secure the sale. It didn't help that once I got there and discovered the problem, he was pretty smug and condescending about the whole thing and just pointed the finger back at me. Misunderstandings happen, and I know I should have done some things differently but that goes for him too. I really wasn't impressed.
I don't think I'll buy another GM, but if I did, I wouldn't even bother calling these guys. I only went here because I thought I was getting a better deal than I actually was. Just stick with one of the bigger dealers in Prince George or the Lower Mainland, do your homework, and don't waste your time here.

I've had two bad experiences at this dealership. The first when they quoted me a price on a vehicle where I believe they deliberately excluded the GST amount on a quoted printed price. Only a week after a told them "No" did they call back to offer me the price they originally asked.
The second incident was when they agreed to fix one of my vehicles covered under warranty from another vehicle make. They assured me from day one that everything would be covered and made no mention I would have to pay anything out of pocket. After a month, they finally fixed the vehicle then gave me a $1500 bill because, according to them, they didn't have the right tools to replace the part. They should've called me before-hand to inform me it would cost out of pocket before completing work on the vehicle but they didn't. What kind of dealership tells you the price of a job after they completed the work!!!???

We've had nothing but problems with this dealerships service dept. The "lady" who works the service counter is everything but competant. She's screwed up our appointments on numerous occasions. She's forgotten our appts, forgotten to order parts prior to appts so we've had to reschedule, she's had to rebook the truck because "it's too much work for one tech" and most recently they've picked up the truck to do the work promising we would have it back same day only for her to screw up and now were out our vehicle. They have completely lost all our business and we wil be sure to make it very well known how xxxxxx they are.
