Best experience I've ever had, they appraised my trade in over email as I was out of town and ended up giving me even more for it when I brought it in! They worked really hard to give me the best deal possible and I will be coming back for every new vehicle I buy for the rest of my life! Actually went to their lot twice and browsed around looking at the new truck on the lot without being bothered at all . Picked one out and bought it several days later . Got side swiped and took my car to Deuck's in Richmond. They totally looked after me. Came from Richmond to downtown Vancouver to pick my car up and brought a car that I could drive while my car was getting fixed. My car in no time and when they brought it back to me, it was gleaming. You couldn't tell anything had ever happened to it and looked like the polished it. Super shinny and they even cleaned the interior. Did an amazing job and excellent customer service. Aleks kept me upto date with the progress and was quick to respond to any of my texts. Would strongly suggest them!

Patrick called telling me the deals and fantastic interest rates. He asked if I would be interested in coming in and having a look around. I arrived early and talked to a few sales men, putting the feelers out and to express my disapproval of my previous truck buying event.
I met Art who listened to my distaste for my previous buying experience and compensated me with a few gas cards! Starting off right 👍!
Patrick an honest, eager young kid and Art the boss man explained every detail, worked with what I wanted and (in my opinion) Rock it!
I would definitely recommend Patrick and Art good guys! They both made me feel comfortable and very happy with my new truck!!
Also a big plus in my eyes was the follow up asking how things were and if I was happy, any issues and if I needed anything!
Overcharge - Carguy
Felt we were grossly overcharged for a basic service issue. Key broke in the ignition so just needed to replace the part. Cost two hours labour for $220.00 plus parts for a total bill of $500.00. Spoke with another mechanic who said the job takes about 20minutes.
Nobody seemed to care about our concerns right up to the cashier who took our money without even looking up from her desk once.
Will never set foot on this lot again.

...Brought my Envoy in to the Service Department in Burnaby with the A/C blowing warm air. Left it with Mike and prepared for the bad news phone call like a faulty compressor and $1500 estimate. Instead, he called to tell me the refrigerant was low, so they evacuated then refilled the system.
It's been a steady 20 degrees ever since, even at 27 ambient outside. Cool service! Thanks!

I have been waiting for a second set of keys in the mail along with touch up paint for over 3 weeks. I still haven't received it!!! Before paying for the car I was told that I would get a good deal on heated seats and rubber Mat. After payment went through I was told they could not help me out at all with this. When the sales rep gave me temporary cheap rubber mat that did not fit properly, I mentioned this to him and he threatened to take them away in exchange for card board.

Sebastian Wosztal is the WORST service manager I've dealt with in almost 40 years of purchasing GM vehicles. Has an snarky attitude and comes across like he owns the place or GM! Talks down to you and flat out refuses to perform any warranty work including checking the brakes as I experienced almost complete brake failure on 4 separate occasions on my 2016 Camaro SS I purchased new at Barnes North Surrey! He told me to "come pick up my car as they would be performing no warranty work on it not even safety related as in the brake failure and to take it elsewhere. Would not even do the included no charge oil change. Upon delivery there were commitments made to me by the general manager but Sebastion said outright no to them. That's when I had to ask him who he thinks he is and I guess he's not used to customers standing up to him and he took offense, lol. The general manager will not return calls and Greg Barnes will not return calls to discuss it. so save yourself some stress I suggest not to deal with Barnes period. Stay tuned as this is not going away, I've been contacted by the media already and have told this story to a consumer reporter and the feedback is not good for Barnes. No libel just the facts and truth.

Took my truck in for service on a Saturday so I wouldn't have to get a rental to cover my work week. They found an issue, that's fine, told me it would be ready guaranteed 100% Tuesday.
It is now Wednesday and they still have not finished fixing my truck, parts were a day late and then the technician apparently didn't have time to get onto my vehicle, even though they knew it costs me 150 bucks a day for a rental.
Very nice to know that when they absolutely guarantee something they don't mean it at all.

I've had two bad experiences at this dealership. The first when they quoted me a price on a vehicle where I believe they deliberately excluded the GST amount on a quoted printed price. Only a week after a told them "No" did they call back to offer me the price they originally asked.
The second incident was when they agreed to fix one of my vehicles covered under warranty from another vehicle make. They assured me from day one that everything would be covered and made no mention I would have to pay anything out of pocket. After a month, they finally fixed the vehicle then gave me a $1500 bill because, according to them, they didn't have the right tools to replace the part. They should've called me before-hand to inform me it would cost out of pocket before completing work on the vehicle but they didn't. What kind of dealership tells you the price of a job after they completed the work!!!???

We've had nothing but problems with this dealerships service dept. The "lady" who works the service counter is everything but competant. She's screwed up our appointments on numerous occasions. She's forgotten our appts, forgotten to order parts prior to appts so we've had to reschedule, she's had to rebook the truck because "it's too much work for one tech" and most recently they've picked up the truck to do the work promising we would have it back same day only for her to screw up and now were out our vehicle. They have completely lost all our business and we wil be sure to make it very well known how xxxxxx they are.
