Last week I went in to Island GM to have a sit down with Allan Graham and review my vehicle needs, and I can't help but rave about my experience. From beginning to end Allan was very attentive to my needs and all of the features I wanted in my next vehicle. He was also wildly accommodating- even with my hectic schedule (and inclement weather), which caused me to have to reschedule not once, not twice, but three times. Honestly, everyone involved in the entire process was fantastic. I was in a bit of a time crunch, but they didn't let that get in the way of giving me flawless service. AND they managed to get me out the door in time. (Major thanks to Rob in finance for operating at lightning speed!) I can't say enough about how happy I am with the entire staff that I've dealt with at Island GM. From start to finish, I had yet another fantastic experience. Especially thanks to Allan, who was nothing but helpful from beginning to end, and even touched base afterwards to make sure I was enjoying my new car. This was my second vehicle purchase from Island GM, and most definitely not my last.

Actually went to their lot twice and browsed around looking at the new truck on the lot without being bothered at all . Picked one out and bought it several days later . Researched prices for many months and got a great deal . Actually took their offer to another dealer and they couldn't match it . Went back and got an even better deal . Hate going to those dealerships where your swarmed by salespeople using high pressure tactics . Went to several of those before trying out this dealership .

Friendly staff only until you put a deposit/cheque. Rude and aggressive management. They never mentioned the car only comes with one key, and they refused to order one after taking the deposit. Also when I first checked out the car it was rainy and dark so I didn't see a dent on the car. They never disclosed it either. Only found out about it after I brought the car home, contacted them right away only to face their ignorant sales person and management. Stay away from Debby, she's the worst sales ever. And Bob, he never listened to what I had to say and instead aggressively and defensively responded in a very rude way. Worst shopping experience in a while.

I financed a Chevy Cruze 2015 almost brand new at 11 k and noticed slite clutch problems, after a salesman named ceasor miss in formed me of supposed options my car was equipped with just to get the car out the door , my car is warranties bumper to bumper for the next up coming years but it still feels like I've been had after the lies and takes one say to get a car sold....

I don't take my vehicles to dealers cause of horrible experiences in the past but I took my truck to Preston today to fix a funny problem.... I finally had warm toes driving home for the first time all winter !!! That's a big deal! And there was no surprises when it came time to pay the bill ... all n all I was very impressed 😊

Called and made an appointment for an oil change. Also, wanted the engine air and fuel filter changed. Arrived on time for my appointment. It's about an hours work. Four hours later I'm still here waiting. Pretty sad. I always bring my vehicle here and it's consistently bad like this. This time I'm mad enough to take the time to write a review. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and I won't be back.

So, if you actually manage to have a human being answer the phone (which is a minor miracle as I have probably called them 30 times to have someone answer once), they get you in. You can't see the status of your service, as no one will answer the phone. I just showed up the day after my car was supposed to be done its protection package, and it was sitting there ready to go. No one bothered to let me know. Even after this terrible experience, I tried reaching them again as someone rear ended me and it being a 4 week old car, I wanted to take it to the place I bought it. No one answered my 5 phone calls. Then I tried using the online service request form. 5 days later and nothing. I mean, what's the point of having a service center if people can't call to make appointments to have their car serviced?

We've had nothing but problems with this dealerships service dept. The "lady" who works the service counter is everything but competant. She's screwed up our appointments on numerous occasions. She's forgotten our appts, forgotten to order parts prior to appts so we've had to reschedule, she's had to rebook the truck because "it's too much work for one tech" and most recently they've picked up the truck to do the work promising we would have it back same day only for her to screw up and now were out our vehicle. They have completely lost all our business and we wil be sure to make it very well known how xxxxxx they are.

I've had two bad experiences at this dealership. The first when they quoted me a price on a vehicle where I believe they deliberately excluded the GST amount on a quoted printed price. Only a week after a told them "No" did they call back to offer me the price they originally asked.
The second incident was when they agreed to fix one of my vehicles covered under warranty from another vehicle make. They assured me from day one that everything would be covered and made no mention I would have to pay anything out of pocket. After a month, they finally fixed the vehicle then gave me a $1500 bill because, according to them, they didn't have the right tools to replace the part. They should've called me before-hand to inform me it would cost out of pocket before completing work on the vehicle but they didn't. What kind of dealership tells you the price of a job after they completed the work!!!???
