Everything went smoothly. We agreed on price based on some incentives, when one of them did not pan out with GM, Eagle Ridge GM covered the difference. Kept their work. The Finance agent (back end guy) Fred was fair and forthright, and did not try to upsell me. After the sale Chris went out his way to take me through all the features and controls for my new vehicle. Very Happy Customer!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve never dealt with such a dishonest and incompetent service department. We purchased an enhanced maintenance package with our 2022 GMC Canyon, and they have charged us for items (cooling system drain, flush, fill, and transmission fluid change) that should have been covered under our package. I’m sure I’ll find other things as I comb through our documentation. Charging us for issues they created like damaging the door clips from replacing a faulty speaker, and charging us to tighten a bolt that they left loose when they replaced the speaker. Fog light bezel finish delamination - brought to their attention a year ago and we’re told it’s too difficult to replace and to call GM ourselves. Stay away before you get suckered…and if you think you haven’t been, think again.

WARNING: I had a really bad experience with Dueck Downtown service center. Overall, very low transparency and care. Evidence: 1. Gone for rear noise, they diagnosed it is dry bushing, said applied lubrication (which is not a solution), charged me $118, still the same level of noise. 2. Went back to them saying the noise is still there, their new diagnosis says you need to change both rear shock absorbers. Not sure why this didn't came on the first inspection. But on the work sheet it says: "... I remove the right rear shock, and road test, the noise is gone...". HOW can you move a car with the shock absorber removed!!!! 3. So the noise is still there, I've paid $118, and they want $925 more for shock replacement, and I am not even sure it is the shocks.

Purchased an Acura MDX....the worst experience ever. Three months later had to spend $4000.00 in repairs. They said the vehicle had been through their multi level inspection .......xxxxxxxx! A new timing belt, windshield, battery, spare tire/rim and radiator had to be replaced. I have changed my initial review of this dealership and now would not recommend them. Also noteworthy is the pressure tactics applied in an effort to buy a repair warranty...three levels of management were involved. Look elsewhere if you are shopping for a used vehicle.
