Well worth the trip from Calgary! I had a great experience at MGM — truly unlike most others. The team was patient, helpful, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. A big shoutout to Anthony Focker in sales — he was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He took the time to answer all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident in my purchase. Also want to recognize Zac, who went the extra mile by helping me get my truck ready for a private sale — not something you’d typically expect from a dealership, and it made a big difference. I’d absolutely buy here again and highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a stress-free car-buying experience.

This dealership is not an honest dealership. Sales team is looking for sales and not customers. They over promise and underdeliver on those promises. Do not be fooled, this dealership is not on your side of the table. They are on Lincoln’s side of the table and care more about their bottom line than their word and their reputation. I would not purchase a vehicle here nor recommend anyone to after our experience. If this is the Lincoln experience that Lincoln Canada promotes, I would recommend looking elsewhere for a vehicle. The premium customer service was a 1 star at best.

They failed me as a customer. After my vehicle sat on their lot for 6 months waiting for a part, it developed never before seen engine issues. When I took it back for them to investigate, their prompt reply was that the engine was ruined and the only option was for a complete replacement. This didn't make sense to me so I towed the car at my own expense to get a second opinion from an independent mechanic. After relatively basic troubleshooting the cause of the issues was found and the problem component replaced. The car has never run better. I will never take any business to College Ford ever again.
