I was previously driving a 2002 Toyota Echo that I had bought used from Whitby Toyota while I was in university, so I couldn't wait to finally get to come back and purchase my first ever brand new car! Gary Brown explained everything clearly to me and made me feel confident in my purchase. He got me the best price possible and spent the time to explain all the new tech features and made sure I was comfortable in my new car upon pick up. Excellent service...friendly employees I was treated with respect and courteously. I picked my new car up on December 23, 2016. The dealership closed for holidays at 2pm but I was unable I was treated with respect and courteously. I picked my new car up on December 23, 2016. Terrible service Was supposed to get a ride home while waiting for winter tires and oil change...nothing. been sitting over an hour and sick so not impressed...then so Was supposed to get a ride home while waiting for winter tires and oil change...nothing. been sitting over an hour and sick so not impressed...then some lady comes in with her dog...why is this allowed? I'm allergic...so now on top of being sick my eyes are watering and itching. As well they tried to charge me for my oil change evendors though it's supposed to be included with my lease and extended warranty package. This is my first time bringing my new car in for servicing. Not impressed at all!!! Somebody could at least come tell me there is nobody to drive me home so I could have had a friend drive me but nope...nothing. here's to karma givon every last person I'm in contact with in this place my cold! Next time I get a Honda!! More
