AMAZING customer service We recently traded in our 2014 Honda Odyssey for the 2017 Honda Pilot...We love everything about this dealership! CAR WAS DAMAGED ON DELIVERY x2!!! Bought a 2016 Honda accord v6 touring used. THE CAR HAD NEW DAMAGE ON DELIVERY! Told by peter he would look for a trunk tray and mats for us. Said it Bought a 2016 Honda accord v6 touring used. THE CAR HAD NEW DAMAGE ON DELIVERY! Told by peter he would look for a trunk tray and mats for us. Said it would take a while for him to locate some. Picked up the car in late September early October, its December and I haven't heard from him let alone know the status of where these items are. Back to the new damage on the car, we had to bring back the car (woodbridge to oshawa) and there was no compensation for the inconvenience this caused. We also paid for Honda to get tints put on the car and they ended up scratching the chrome side pieces near the window doing this. Overall, not impressed. Worst car dealership experience in terms of how the car was delivered to us. In terms of sales, just like all other sales reps, words given but not carried through. UPDATE: Peter called offering mats to so we could change our review about Whitby-Oshawa Honda. Or should I say bribe? Now why would offering mats make me change my review? The mats and trunk tray were apart of the INITIAL deal! In NO way has Whitby-Oshawa Honda apologised for making us drive down there for uneccessary reasons. We wasted our gas and put kms on a practically new car becuase of damages that were their fault or poor communication on their part. For anybody considering buying a new/used car from Whitby-Oshawa Honda, DO NOT! Save yourself the grief and frustration and take your hard earned money elsewhere. These people are only nice to you until they take your money. Thats all they care about, taking your money and putting up numbers. Customer service is NOT a priority to them. In fact, it is ultimately last on their list. When my brother asked to speak to the manager (either John or Paul), my brother was told the manger was "too busy." Too busy to speak to a customer with an issue? Shows you what they think of customer service. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AS A CUSTOMER. This is a WARNING, take your money elsewhere. There are other dealerships far more worthy than this ill-equipped facility with a complete group of nincompoops who have no idea how to run a car dealership. More

My new 2017 Civic Hatchback I just bought a 2017 Honda Civic hatchback George was the salesman I dealt with for everything. He was fantastic!!! He was readily available for all I just bought a 2017 Honda Civic hatchback George was the salesman I dealt with for everything. He was fantastic!!! He was readily available for all my questions and concerns. He took the time to show & explain all the features the model. The only hiccup I found was when I picked up the car it appeared that George had a difficult time finding a finance person to complete the finalizing of signing papers. This was annoying considering there was 2 men in the finance offices ( 1 was working on the computer & the other chatting with another employee). More
