Everyone at West Ed Hyundai was awesome to deal with, we got the best price and best service. This is our 4th Hyundai and the first one bought at West Ed Hyundai and this was by far our best experience. Ric got the best price and best service. We live way outside Edmonton and decided we wanted floor liners, so we dropped into a closer dealer who had raised their prices way above what Hyundai Canada lists on their website. We called West Ed Hyundai and they shipped us our parts for way cheaper than we were expecting. This shows that they still care once you have left with your new vehicle. More
Good experience as a first time buyer, didn't feel too pressured. I thought about the car for a few days and decided it was in too good of shape to pass up and because this salesmen was pleasant to deal with, I bought the car. We'll see how the car holds up More

Rather than try to upsell me on a more expensive model, he worked with me to make sure I got the car I desperately wanted. Very personable and easy to talk to, I felt comfortable with him the whole time. At the end of the sale, he went over the entire car with me again to make sure I knew how to use the day to day practicalities (how to fold the seats down, how to program the clock, etc.) and he even drove me to the registrar himself! Overall - 5 stars :) More
Upon my arrival into the dealership, I was immediately greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable sales associate. Because I had been referred to Kip I asked for him and she gladly did so. He did everything he could to meet my needs both financially and the type of vehicle I was looking for. He even called another dealership outside of the Province to meet my color preference but in the end I was happy with the floor model. Upon purchase and the delay in reaching my insurance agent, a few days later he delivered the car to my office. At that point he went over all of the features of the car explaining how they worked. Two days later he called me to find out if I was happy with my new car, which I am. Thank you Kip for your friendliness and making me feel comfortable and making my car purchase so much more pleasant. More
I just bought a hyundai Elantra GL 2013 from this dealership and Kip gave a really good deal on that. I got the winter package for free and another $1500 adjustment. My experience previously was good with West Edmonton Hyundai. This time it was just terrible. My goal was to buy a 2014 Santa Fe. Agreed to a price over the phone with a salesperson, then when I came in Hyundai. This time it was just terrible. My goal was to buy a 2014 Santa Fe. Agreed to a price over the phone with a salesperson, then when I came in to pay for the vehicle, I was told: 1.) That because I was paying cash, all of a sudden I will now be paying an additional $1200 2.) The initial color that I had chosen was unavailable, and the next color that I chose will now cost me an additional $198. I left as a result of what I perceive as dealing in bad faith, and upon leaving, asked the sales manager to ensure that I get my $1000 deposit back. Danny Parks assured me that it would happen. 6 days later, I check my credit card statement only to see that my deposit has not been refunded. I call West Edmonton Hyundai and was put through to Nicky from financing, only to be told that I would have to come back to the dealership to get the refund. When I initially paid my deposit, I did it over the phone, and they certainly had no trouble getting money from me, but when it came time for a refund, all of a sudden there are "policies that [Nicky] *won't* break". I find it highly annoying, knowing that these credit card machines are indeed able to issue a refund without physically requiring a card. Please beware, future buyers of Hyundai. I am still awaiting some sort of response from this dealership. **update** not only was the parties involved not looking to inquire more to find out ways to improve customer experiences in the future, they told me they were "not appreciative" of what I wrote for their reviews, citing that they *did* quote me properly for pricing, even though I had not been told that I would pay more had I decided not to utilize any of their financing options.
