Steve made me feel like a somebody, explained things to be clearly and precise, and genuinely seemed to care about getting me and my car back on the road. Darrell, the service tech, came out from the garage to explain things to me which I appreciated as it gave me a full understanding of the issue my car was having and how we could deal with it. He also phoned me at home during his analysis to let me know what he was going to do to the car to get it running again. Brought the car in at 9 am, was told it would be looked at by 11 am- 12 pm and got a phone call at 1 pm. Fast service. I'll be going back for all my oil changes and routine maintenance. When you get great service you want to stick with it. More

What a pleasant surprise dealing with Tristan and Jared was. They were keen to listen to our desires, answered questions that we had about their products even when the truth wasn't exactly in Hyundai's favour, and made sure we were taken care of instead of taken advantage of at every step of the process..
