Robert Dako is AMAZING!!!! I own a 2005 Highlander & have been having all of my service done with Rob since around 2006. I left another dealership because I wasn.t pleased with their customer service. Rob is totally honest, trust worthy, knowledgeable, and always discussed his recommendations prior to going ahead with repairs. Many people have advised me NOT to use dealerships for servicing my vehicle but I would never go anywhere else. In fact I won't book services if Rob was away, i would just wait until he returned. Toyota is extremely lucky to have Rob working for them. The bonus with Rob is he is very friendly making my visits always a good experience! Rob always goes that Extra mile!!! More
