We wanted to purchase a Rav 4, new, and started looking July 2015, finally purchased July 2016- during that year we corresponded with Shawn, stopped at the dealership many times to speak directly with him- he was always courteous, always responded in a timely manner to our email . The day we picked up the Vehicle, he took time to go over all the features and was kind enough to set up blue tooth, etc. It was a pleasure dealing with him and if the Rav4 performs as we expect it to, we may be dealing with him again in 3 years to purchase new model. As far as the Dealership, I feel they could have given us a better price for the vehicle we traded- our vehicles are serviced faithfully and we believe it was in great shape with only 115,00 km, other than the Service Engine light was on and our mechanic said the code was for an emissions leak.
