I saw the ad for a black 2015 Honda Civic and arrived three hours before my scheduled appointment. I was totally accommodated the whole way through. Test drove another vehicle and preferred the Honda. Tim listened to what I wanted and did not try to sway my opinion. My trade in and purchase price was right on budget. I only had to spend one night at a hotel as my car was ready early afternoon the next day. I enjoyed the ride home in my new pre-owned Honda and was totally satisfied with the service and timeliness. Ultimately the test drive of the Highlander didn't work out for us but we ended up test driving a RAV4 and ultimately ended up purchasing the 2016 RAV4 XLE and Shawn even stayed past the end of his shift to ensure the purchase went smoothly while we talked with financing. Have already recommended Shawn to family who are seeking a new vehicle. More
