Experienced a second, but 'major' issue after approx. 1 1/2 months of purchase. Dealt with Rob at the Service Desk. He is personable and understanding. After Rob discussed my problem/issue with Darrick Overholt, this more significant issue was also resolved very quickly and I can honestly say, very much to my satisfaction!! With the information provided by Allycia, I was able to obtain a bank letter evidencing that the loan had been repaid in 2013. Also Allycia has always been available to answer any question, even after hours, and worked on getting us the best price possible on our new vehicle.
