You got a bad rating for customer service as I was taken back to the location about 45 minutes before my vehicle was ready, even though I specifically asked the driver if my car was done. Veronica had told him she didn't think it would be done by 2PM and so, when he called, I asked if he had checked to be sure the work was complete. He said yes. If I had known I would be sitting for 45 minutes I would have had my husband take me after work. Honesty is the best policy. Veronica was very friendly and gave a detailed description of the work (before and after) and Paul was prompt and courteous in providing me with batteries. More

I saw the add for my now new truck in a local paper, then looked it it on Sun Toyotas website. Ashlee did a fantastic add on the truck, which made me want to go check it out. Ashlee was helpful right from the start, not being pushy, and being as honest as she could about the truck. I did realize it wasn't new, and that she wasn't the previous owner, but she said it the way it was. She didn't hesitate to let me take it for a test drive, or to take it in to look it to a friends to get another opinion about the truck. There were a few small issues I had with it, and she was very very helpful with getting them dealt with... Even after the sale!! Thanks Ashlee!! More
