I finally decided to visit one day to review the available cars. I finally got the car and i'm so happy I did. I interacted with the Sales person (Alif) who introduced me to the sales manager and the finance manager. within 3 days, I got an approval for my car. the car is so cool and looking like a brand new (I bought a preowned car). all I can say is that this Toyota shop is in my own experience the best of the best in Toronto. and the workers are also the best you can come across especially if you need to finance your car. I originally called the dealership and spoke to Bob Gilbert about two 2013 grey Toyota Corollas I had seen online. We agreed to meet the next afternoon to look at and test drive the vehicles. Bob was prompt to our appointment and knowledgeable about the cars. My friend and I thoroughly checked out both Corollas and then we sat down for negotiations. I was trading in a 2002 Toyota Corolla that I bought new at Scarborough Toyota 14 years ago. Bob asked me if I remembered the name of the fellow who sold it to me and, presto, there was Peter Popovski - my sales rep from 14 years ago! Peter has been the manager at Toyota on the Park for the last 5 months and I thoroughly enjoyed dealing with both Bob and Peter on this sale. Although I was not familiar with all the nuances of buying a used car, they answered all of our questions and gave me the best deal possible. Upstairs, Ali Nikpour handled all of the paperwork and warranty details with despatch. When I picked up my 2013 Corolla this morning, Ali again worked his magic very quickly, Peter answered a tricky question and Bob explained everything I needed to know about my 2013 car and the dealership. I found the service staff equally as professional when I brought my car in with a concern about my brakes. I felt taken care of as soon as I drove through the doors, from the receptionists, Amanda, and Sham, to Cedric, the technician, who took me for a road test. Cedric answered all of my questions about the vehicle. I was impressed with how knowledgeable and honest he was. Once I understood how the brakes behave on my Prius C, I had peace of mind and realized that servicing wasn't necessary. I really appreciate that I wasn't advised to spend money on an inspection or repair that wasn't needed. I highly recommend this dealership and service department. More
