Amazing from start to finish !!! Recently bought a new 2016 highlander from Toyota On the Park, One of the most amazing experiences have had with buying a vehicle, to start Paul in Recently bought a new 2016 highlander from Toyota On the Park, One of the most amazing experiences have had with buying a vehicle, to start Paul in sales was very detailed and i never felt any pressure to make a purchase, answered all my questions which reassured my choice of car. Ali the fiance manger offered great advice for additional coverage's that Toyota has to offer, along with having all the paper work ready when it was time for me to pick up my new wheels, took all of 10 minutes. the service department was equally great to deal with , Mario, Kash and his team seem to have a great knowledge of what the term "costumer service" really is !!! Honest, courteous, professional I bought my 2015 Sienna from Toyota On The Park brand new. I have been in for my scheduled service as well as a few other issues that have come up. I bought my 2015 Sienna from Toyota On The Park brand new. I have been in for my scheduled service as well as a few other issues that have come up. I was just in there a couple of days ago for an AC noise as well as a check of my TPMS. I dealt with Sean Cheng as well as Hon Ho and dealing with them reminds me of why I will continue to service my vehicle there. Toyota on the Park was definitely a big waste of time - here are the reasons: a) were not serious about selling the car they were advertising (admi Toyota on the Park was definitely a big waste of time - here are the reasons: a) were not serious about selling the car they were advertising (admitted it's just there to bring in traffic) b) couldn't bother to warn me about all of the construction in the area - took me an hour longer to reach them c) did not have the courtesy to return emails After such a nasty trek, here I was hoping they wouldn't waste my time and I told them as much. Of course, they didn't even want to sell the car they had advertised, so a very bad customer experience here! More

No wonder we were again happy with our experience this time as Peter is one of those patient and kind people who would make your purchase experience as pleasant and enjoyable as possible. Mario Ng has maintained both our Nissan and Toyota in good working order and has provided consistently excellent service for both of our vehicles. This included both routine service requirements and collision repair services. Hon Ho has demonstrated consistent excellence in customer service, professional advice and has been a pleasure to deal with every time we required his assistance. His customer service orientation has made every interface over the past years a positive and uplifting experience. He is amazingly well prepared regardless of how many clients he is servicing. He is always up-to-date with the service status of both our vehicles. He reminds us of required maintenance including seasonal tire changes and makes all required arrangements for service and loaner vehicles. Both Mario Ng and Hon Ho are knowlegable, informative and of great assistance in making service related decisions that keep our cars in good running condition. Their advice and assistance have allowed us to make the correct decisions related to our vehicles with confidence and peace of mind. They are a great resource and exceptional individual.
