I then met the financial manager Conrad Praamsma who did his best to secure me a great deal for the financing of the vehicle. On a rating of 1 -10 (1=Low to 10=High), we give the team (Nigel, Rui, Jure and the Service/Parts) at Toyota on the Park a 10+ rating on customer service. In particular, kudos to Nigel who patiently walk us through navigation and multimedia. system before letting us off on the road with our new Venza. Moreoever, in passing, we mentioned that we were looking to replace a lost hub cap on our Sienna. Right away, he went with us to the Parts division to check availability. The Parts employees assured us that on the Saturday we were scheduled to pick up our Venza, the part would be there. A great team to recommend to friends planning to buy a Toyota vehicle. More

I highly recommend you start your search with Peter and you are in good hands. Shelly helped us with the financing options and again, very good in making sure we know all the options we have in front of us, everything went smooth and always smile on her face. I really enjoyed working with Shelly. If I have to add one other comment about the dealership is that I think the purchasing/leasing contract can and should show me more details about the deal that I am about to sign. I recently made purchases with another dealership and their agreements are much more logical and easy to follow. Transparency and full disclosure are important foundation of trust. More
