Waste of my time I called ahead re: a specific vehicle I saw on Autotrader. When I came in, he did not show me the car but three other cars. I then made another appoin I called ahead re: a specific vehicle I saw on Autotrader. When I came in, he did not show me the car but three other cars. I then made another appointment and asked him several times to show me the specific vehicle that was advertised on Autotrader. He assured me that he had it and he could show me that vehicle. I did not have any interest in other vehicles. When I took the time to come visit the show room, he was going to show me the cars he already showed me, and when I asked what about the car I specifically asked for - SEVERAL TIMES, he mumbled that it was 'sold' the day before. It is so unprofessional for them to not tell me if it was indeed sold the day before as he confirmed my appointment the day before and on the day of without mentioning this fact. He wasted my valuable time and energy and he didn't even seem apologetic. I hope the management will take a serious look at how business is done by this sales person. I'm taking my business elsewhere and never dealing with this dealership nor recommending it to anyone. More
