Straight talk and no BS I have bought a lot of cars over the years and am generally totally frustrated with the process. After a very unsatisfactory experience with Erin Park Toyota I found a vehicle I was interested in at Toyota on the Park. Conrad Praamsma was very helpful on the sales side, sending me pictures of the vehicle and answering my questions. Ali Nikpour, the finance manager was also very helpful. He cleaned up the mess Erin Park tried to make with the financing and didn't try any games with add ons. As a result Ii did buy an extended warranty which I have never done before. I was pleased with the deal I got overall. On delivery Conrad spent and hour going over the vehicle with me and arranged for me to inspect the underside of the vehicle in the oil change bay with no issues. (I always do this after I caught a dealer trying to sell me a vehicle that must have fallen off the vehicle transporter ramp). Overall the best vehicle buying experience I have had. i would highly recommend this dealership and Conrad and Ali. More
