I was so impressed how he followed up with my initial call that I did to their dealership. He was able to give me good options from my limited options of payments that I gave him. My budget couldn’t allow me to buy a bigger car, but he gave me a car that fit my satisfaction and my budget. Jermaine was always friendly and explained to me everything I need to know before buying my 1st car. Previously, I owned a car (a Van) that I got as a gift. But the car he made choose is very good on gas ($35 to fill up the gas and it can drive up to 521 km on that tank). It’s Toyota Matrix. And they are very honest to give you the history of the car. If I had to buy another car, I will go back to The loan Arranger and Jermaine to purchase it because I appreciate the service I received from them. After buying the car, I still get answers to all my question about the car. I had a bad credit situation, but they made sure I got a loan with a decent rate.
