Crooks I was in today for a used Golf. They kept me there for over two hours, took my licence and even wanted my credit card but I got upset and didn't give I was in today for a used Golf. The sales guy kept pushing it and going back and forth to his manager. They supposedly called the bank to check my balance on my trade in and gave me two wrong figures, telling me I owed more than what I really did, to upsell me the car, I would be left with more negative balance but they would keep the difference. Shady. Please do yourself a favor and don't go with them. They also wanted me to sign right there, but if I left, then the deal wouldn't stand anymore if I even wanted to sleep on it. More

Don’t trust these shysters Nice product, but I would not at all recommend these guys because of their ethics and high pressure tactics. If you shop there and have a trade the will be happy to “appraise” your old car. This is a tactic to get your keys so you can’t leave, and the salesman and the sales manager try to wear you down. We did get a car just because it was a really sweet car. But then after you sign the papers, they start tacking on extra fees. The worst was when they removed the GPS chip and said the car (which came with navigation package) didn’t include the chip that makes it work - that’s $400 extra. We eventually got this sorted after a fight, but the very fact they even tried this made my blood boil. Put your license plate on your new car, oh, that will be another $20. And stay out of the business office, because the will push REALLY hard to upsell you after the deal is done, with a long series of high margin extras. This was the worst dealer experience ever. Like the car, but buy from someone else. More

Don't Bother. They will be nice until they have your money. My wife and I have bought 2 vehicles from this dealership. Our first experience was great! However aside from the receptionist Angela, (Who was, and s My wife and I have bought 2 vehicles from this dealership. Our first experience was great! However aside from the receptionist Angela, (Who was, and still is great.) all other individuals I dealt with have moved on. The second vehicle we bought there was from Karla. She came off as pushy, and after the car was sold, it was given to us with an empty tank which I had to then go back and ask them to fill. Then, they promised us our winter tires from our trade in, which they would call to give them to us. They never did. I texted Karla multiple times with no response. About a month and a half after the sale she finally got back to me asking for some more information on the tires. I sent her an invoice as we just bought the tires and rims brand new the previous winter. After sending her the invoice she again did not contact me for a few more weeks after promising me that she would. Finally I heard back from her telling me they were in a "Sunridge Mazda Storage Container" that was off site. I would have to wait for them to go get them, or they could give a different set of used tires from someone else. I went in to the store today to let the manager of sales (Daniel) He said there was really nothing they could do for me except give me the old tires and I could try to sell them on Kijiji... Thanks... He then said he wasn't "Calling anyone a liar, but their logs showed that they attempted to call me, and I just ignored the calls." After that he told me that because I didn't pick them up soon enough they were given away. That struck me as odd, as the day before Karla had told me the tires were in their Storage Container. So there a lie from Sunridge Mazda. I asked that since they gave away my tires and rims without my permission that they pay for my new ones. Daniel then told me that they dont buy used tires. I said I wasn't asking them to buy used tires, I was asking them to keep the tires that were never mine in the first place, and replace mine that they gave away. I am sincerely disappointed in their lack of professionalism, honesty, and trustworthiness. I have a friend who was going in to their store in the next month to buy a brand new CX-9. I have told him the whole story, and advised if he must by a Mazda to absolutely not do it at Sunridge Mazda. They have lost 2 very loyal customers over a set of winter tires and rims. I hope they truly believe it was worth it. More
