To be honest, I really hate going in a car dealership as I know how typical car sales people are who are very pushy and will put pressure on you to make a decision right in there right away. lol! I have to say I'll put an exception with Sunridge Mazda and with Adrian Lim. Adrian made me comfortable from the very start and had no signs of any pressure at all. He took the time to listen and make sure we were satisfied as customers from the deal we had. He was very transparent with everything and even went an extra mile to make sure we are one happy customer with the car we purchased! Shout out to Jackie as well who hand over the new car to us. Very friendly and very knowledgeable! Definitely highly recommended car dealership! Thanks and more power guys! More

Fake Money I went in to test drive a Mazda 5 that was advertised on their website. I had emailed back and forth and arranged the date and time. I arrived and the I went in to test drive a Mazda 5 that was advertised on their website. I had emailed back and forth and arranged the date and time. I arrived and the car wasn’t on the lot. It happened to be out for repairs. They suggested I test drive a similar car and sign the paperwork based on that. Once I did get to drive the correct car I was contacted that everything was approved, I assumed that meant approved on what we had discussed. Once there, and in the middle of signing I found out that I had to buy the extended warranty, the bank insisted on it due to a low down payment. I suggested putting more down but they said it was too late the paperwork would need redone and since it was Saturday the bank was closed. Which also does not make sense because on the bill of sale they increased the price of the car by $5000 “fake money” as well as the down payment was increased by that amount. “It looks good to the bank.” I felt forced into signing as they had already put my licence plate on and rushed me through all the paperwork without giving me time to think. My monthly payments for a 2012 are insanely high and I am very disappointed with the dealership and myself. More

He worked all day to try and find the perfect car for us. When he could not find what we wanted he directed me to the right place to get the perfect deal. Crooks I was in today for a used Golf. They kept me there for over two hours, took my licence and even wanted my credit card but I got upset and didn't give I was in today for a used Golf. They kept me there for over two hours, took my licence and even wanted my credit card but I got upset and didn't give it to them. The sales guy kept pushing it and going back and forth to his manager. They supposedly called the bank to check my balance on my trade in and gave me two wrong figures, telling me I owed more than what I really did, to upsell me the car, I would be left with more negative balance but they would keep the difference. Shady. Please do yourself a favor and don't go with them. They also wanted me to sign right there, but if I left, then the deal wouldn't stand anymore if I even wanted to sleep on it. More
