Purchase of used 2009 Nissan Murano We went to Sherwood Park Toyota to look at a used Nissan Murano my husband found on the internet on their website. The day before I had been involved We went to Sherwood Park Toyota to look at a used Nissan Murano my husband found on the internet on their website. The day before I had been involved in a serious traffic collision and my vehicle was a total loss. We were not planning to shop for another vehicle but were forced to because of this situation. It was a brutally cold day and I was not feeling great physically or mentally, but the salesman who first greeted us (Chamkaur Singh), the salesman that went on the test drive with us and handled our sale (Nick Bhalla) and the financial services manager (Donna Fruhwirth) made everything so easy and in less than 24 hours we had a new vehicle! The staff were extremely courteous, friendly, respectful and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable throughout the process. We would highly recommend this dealership and will definitely go there again should we need to buy another vehicle! More
