Shaw GMC provides an exemplary experience, from sales to service. The staff are always friendly and helpful, willing to go the extra mile. From the time I dropped my vehicle off to the time I picked it up the service was fast and friendly. Steph was very knowledgeable about the service that needed to be performed and explained it all. In all of her interactions, she treated me like my time was important. It was also a pleasant surprise to pick up my vehicle and find that it was washed. I would definitely recommend this dealer to others. More

Steph is Amazing! She always helps me with any concerns that I have and makes sure things get done right. She takes the time to fully understand what the problem is to make sure it gets fixed. Lisa gor me in for service more quickly than I expected, she seemed genuinely concerned about the problem with my vehicle and was very diligent phoning me throughout the service process to keep me updated a she seemed genuinely concerned about the problem with my vehicle and was very diligent phoning me throughout the service process to keep me updated and ask my opinion and permission to do certain repairs which arrose as the technicians completed their inspection. Exceptional service. I dropped the truck off with the expectations of waiting for the return of the truck to take a week but was pleasantly surprised when I was called the next day to inform me it was re expectations of waiting for the return of the truck to take a week but was pleasantly surprised when I was called the next day to inform me it was ready. Stephanie was very pleasant to deal with and extremely quick to react to my needs for a fast turn around for my truck as I needed it back to work as soon as possible. While she was taking care of me another service adviser next to her was also helping by filling my washer fluid container. When it was all complete I decided to have the battery changed out so the tech that did my transmission came right into the drive through and did a load test on the battery and then changed it out on the spot all the while giving me a detailed explanation of what went wrong with the transmission as I questioned him. Impressive how accommodating he was, how all your staff was. More

I had very poor experiences with CMP Chevy and decided to switch where I get my truck serviced. Shaw GMC was excellent, and there is no question that I will be coming back to Shaw GMC for future service. I w switch where I get my truck serviced. Shaw GMC was excellent, and there is no question that I will be coming back to Shaw GMC for future service. I will also be recommending Shaw GMC to the rest of our employees to have their trucks serviced there. The best part of the experience was actually receiving phone calls updating me on the status of my truck and everything that was being done to it. My truck is now running better than it has in months and in one visit Shaw GMC fixed the issues that CMP Chevy could not. More
