Great customer service. Listened to the problem and were very co-operative in trying to figure out the problem. Quality of work so far so good. Shuttle service is good. I had a great experience dealing with Shaw GMC. I had previously been told that my truck needed a new engine, but after talking to Scott in parts, he was not convinced. After reviewing the bulletins and previously been told that my truck needed a new engine, but after talking to Scott in parts, he was not convinced. After reviewing the bulletins and checking my VIN and scan codes, he spoke with his techs and told me that they were not convinced either. So, crossing my fingers, I had the truck towed in for service. When I got the call from Myranda that it only needed a new cylinder head, I was stoked. She was friendly, straight forward and spoke in lamen's terms regarding the work to be done. The tech ended up having to go back in after installation and adjust the timing - which I wasn't charged for (thank you!!). And after a 3 month hiatus, my truck and I are back on the highway and for a fraction of the price I thought I was going to have to pay! I couldn't be happier and that's all thanks to Scott, Myranda and the techs at Shaw GMC. You guys are beauts! More

I had gone to a number of dealers and they were either unable to help or unable to help within a reasonable budget with a seat repair and some engine work. Stephanie took me through a number of options, n unable to help or unable to help within a reasonable budget with a seat repair and some engine work. Stephanie took me through a number of options, never upsold me and kept me informed of what was happening. She provided a rental car for the entire time and was as careful as I was about costing parts. More

Shaw GMC provides an exemplary experience, from sales to service. The staff are always friendly and helpful, willing to go the extra mile.
