I brought my truck in to have a headlight bulb replaced as it was discovered missing/not installed at all during repairs at Crown Buick GMC Saint Petersburg Florida… I told the service manager right up f as it was discovered missing/not installed at all during repairs at Crown Buick GMC Saint Petersburg Florida… I told the service manager right up front what I needed yet he still needed to charge me a diagnostic fee... total bill was $513 to replace a headlight bulb… Beyond ridiculous… I think it's called price gouging . The repairs required an additional day do to your staff not having experience with low beam headlight problems. I am not sure if the problem is resolved do to an absence of adjustment to correct the conce not having experience with low beam headlight problems. I am not sure if the problem is resolved do to an absence of adjustment to correct the concern. Your shop supervisor made an adjustment and advised me to see if the adjustment resolved the light pointing to the left. Your staff keep me advised as to the progress and were very polite. More
