Marie Floriant was wonderful! This was my first vehicle purchase since 2005. I want to thank MaryLou Monroe our sales representative, she was wonderful. She did everything I has asked for and then some. Very professional and made you feel like you were special. I had a couple of minor problems with my Cadillac that she got the reconditioning manager involved to have our problems fixed. I work for another dealer in town and have to say you guys have the right stuff. The sales managers Scott and Joe were great, always helpful. Royal has no pressure, listens to the customer, and was extremely helpful in our out of state purchase. The dozen roses at the close of the deal was icing on the cake. While I have not needed the lifetim extremely helpful in our out of state purchase. The dozen roses at the close of the deal was icing on the cake.
