Rick answered all my questions and was friendly but not pushy like some car salesmen can be. I drove a much smaller vehicle as was concerned that I would have trouble driving, parking etc. the much bigger Cherokee. But, I have no problem, I like the extra space, cargo room and the back up camera and the more I drive it the more I like it. My Dad says his Cherokee has every thing that he wanted, rides good and quiet on the highway and my Mom loves the heated seats. More

He did not nor did any of the other staff members I engaged with, attempt to sell anything beyond what I was there for. I did talk to him about a replacement unit and when I advised it would not occur for some time, I was advised that when I was ready, he would be happy to assist. What a relief to not have high pressures salesmanship. I own a service company and our key mandate is to deal with integrity. Rocky Mountain Dodge operates from this same premise.
