Very Satisfied Customer I bought a used vehicle from this dealership and found the sales staff to be excellent and will be returning for any and all future vehicle purchases. I bought a used vehicle from this dealership and found the sales staff to be excellent and will be returning for any and all future vehicle purchases. I dealt with Ben and he was informative, helpful and most importantly, wanted to make sure he found a vehicle that fit my needs and budget. No hassle, no pushy sales tactics. Just great customer service and since buying the vehicle I have continued to have it serviced at this location - and find that department to be knowledgeable and more then accommodating to my needs! More

They told me a price they would give me and they stuck to their word. I'd go back and deal with them again if I was doing it over again?? More

Customer service not good at all Searched for 2 months for a vehicle and went to many dealerships. Finally found what I wanted at Rocky. The salesman was very nice but sadly I knew more then him. I will chalk it up to him being new or at least that's what I hope for his sake. The admin was the coldest and had the worst customer service than any other dealership I had ever been to. If they didn't have what I wanted which was difficult to find I never would have bought from them. The detailing is HORRIBLE and asked them to do it again and it was still very bad. Another gentleman I know said the same thing. Also, I have had my vehicle for 5 days and now messages tell me that my key needs a new battery. Shouldn't they check things like that before they send you out. Will never deal with them again and don't recommend them at all. Maybe if they change their staff it might get better but that could be stretching it. Also, don't expect to be able to haggle anything at all because they will not budge on anything. You might get w cheap pair of binoculars that are good for the trash More

Worst vehicle experience I have ever had. This dealership sold me a unit that I was told old tow a trailer and had the tow package from factory and even after I asked 3 times to make sure it This dealership sold me a unit that I was told old tow a trailer and had the tow package from factory and even after I asked 3 times to make sure it was a yes everytime. I took vehicle home (hidden hitch) decided to look on the weekend I was gonna go pick.up my trailer no hitch nothing to even think about towing. Called dealer explained my situation I got absolutely no results and now I am paying for a vehicle that I can't even use for what I bought it for with out putting lots more of my own money into. The manager was rude and arrogant and did absolutely nothing for me other than I'm sorry which doesn't make my $450000 I spend on apparently nothing do what I need it to do. Thank you for nothing and I would NEVER EVER recommend this place to anyone even my worst enemy. More

Each time I go to either buy sell or service a car, the service has been the best I have received at a car dealership. The last time I was at the store, the owner took me to lunch, while my car was being serviced. I believed that this was a very personal approach to car sales that I have not experienced for some time now. I would definitely recommend this dealership for all of your vehicle needs. More
